By Air: Srinagar International Airport is the nearest airport in Srinagar which has flight connectivity to major cities of India.
By Rail: The closest railway station to Srinagar is in Jammu Tawi which also has trains connectivity all over India.
By Road: Buses from Dellhi to Jammu are available, from where cabs or buses can transport you to Srinagar directly.
Know Before You Go for Kashmir Group Tour Package
1) Minimum 4 persons are required to book this tour.
2) Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests.
3) Booking Procedure: A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The balance payment must be paid before the tour starts.
4) Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your tour, the following cancellation charges will apply: 30 days or more before the tour: 20% of the total tour cost 15-29 days before the tour: 50% of the total tour cost Less than 15 days before the tour: 100% of the total tour cost
5) ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
6) Itinerary Changes: Triposcape reserves the right to modify the itinerary or accommodation arrangements in case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
7) Accommodation: We will provide accommodation as per the itinerary mentioned on our website. In case of unavailability, we will provide alternate accommodation of a similar category.
8) Meals: All meals mentioned in the itinerary will be provided. Any additional meals or snacks will be at your own expense.
9) Transportation: Triposcape will provide transportation as per the itinerary mentioned on our website. Our vehicles will be air-conditioned and in good condition.
10) Personal Conduct: Triposcape expect all our guests to behave responsibly and respect local customs and traditions. We reserve the right to terminate the tour of any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or offensive.
11) Liability: Triposcape shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by any third party, natural calamity, or other unforeseen circumstances.
12) Disputes: Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this tour shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the tour is taking place.
13) Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
